Blow Our Minds is a day-long event in which we bring people together and inspire them with workshops on topics that help with life in general.
I helped Rudy van Beurden initiate the event and also made several promotional videos for the first four editions.

We captured this dynamic movement in media that flow – sound, magnetic flux and light – to simplify the dynamics in a fluent light phenomenon.
At the market, there are a lot of people. There are a lot of cultures represented too, both in people and products for sale. Still, intercultural conversations are hard to find.
In this project we set out to investigate the lack of communication between people from different cultures within multicultural neighborhoods and design a ‘cultural intervention’ to make people reconsider their prejudices and preconceptions.
I made a short documentary about Conceptlab, an extraordinary design competition in which participants had to live in a glass container for a week.
The movie has been shown to the public on May 16th in arthouse de Zwarte Doos
A relatively big group of elderly people live the final part of their lives in loneliness. Separated from social contact, they only go outside for the required shopping to survive. At the same time, a lot of group activities are organized for them in community centers and homes for the elderly.
In this project for community centre Lokaal+ in Eindhoven, I looked at ways to engage the isolated elderly in neighborhood activities.
Our daily lives become busier and busier, going from one meeting to another, having a lunch with friends and doing some shopping in between. From user research we did, we found out that our daily rhythm is mainly directed by our appointments.
Wouldn't it be nice if you could go through these busy days without constantly looking at your watch or phone? Flottr will direct you through your daily life almost unnoticeably, so you can pay attention to the important things in life!
project duration: one month | client: Eindhoven University of Technology
For the new Bachelor College of Eindhoven University of Technology, I was asked to convey the essence of the different course sequences for the subject User, Society and Enterprise.
With the 10 videos I made as a guideline, 5000 students will have to choose their direction of study in the upcoming 4 years.
The tight deadline was a good exercise in strict planning, and in the end everything was finished well before the presentation of the subject.
